Activating employees and leaders on social media - the Henkel story

Well-managed employee and leadership social media programs drive talent retention, development and recruitment. Aileen Scriba from Henkel and Justyna Brownbridge from Tribal Impact will discuss how Henkel built and runs its global employee advocacy program and what business results this initiative drove so far.

What are we going to talk about?

  • What is employee advocacy and what is the reason why this program was started at Henkel?
  • What role does intrinsic motivation play in individual's participation?
  • Is the program connected to other learning efforts within the organisation?
  • What are the reasons why leaders decide to build an online presence?
  • What kind of support does a typical leader need in order to build a strong online presence?
