Aileen Scriba is Head of Digital Processes & Activation in the Corporate Communications department at Henkel. She is responsible for the global social advocacy program "Henkel Hive” as well as the implementation of CommTech, the digitalization of the communication value chain at Corporate Communications. Before this she worked on the company’s social media strategy and management, the implementation of an internal social network as well as the relaunch and worldwide rollout of the Henkel corporate website.

Justyna Brownbridge is a Chief of Growth and L&D at Tribal Impact -
